Our dedicated team in our scratch kitchen work hard every day to prepare a fresh selection of delicious salads, bowls, wraps, paninis, juices, cookies, treats and sweets free from gluten, refined sugars and dairy. Pop into our complimentary Meditation Pods this month and listen to Yeotown Kitchen Founder Mercedes Sieff close out 2018 with a special guided ‘Holiday Meditation’ focused on Loving Kindness. As the chaos of the holidays can pull us away from the real meaning of this time of year, Mercedes guides the listener to enjoy a moment to taking a few deep breaths while focusing on sending more love to themselves and to others.
