Our dedicated team in our scratch kitchen work hard every day to prepare a fresh selection of delicious salads, bowls, wraps, paninis, juices, cookies, treats and sweets free from gluten, refined sugars and dairy. Yeotown Kitchen is excited to announce our new “Guest Meditator of the Month” series.

Each month our ‘Meditation Station’ will feature a special recording with a leading mind guru including Will Williams, Jillian Lavender and Light Watkins.

For the month of April, we are joined by The MindCoach; Natalie Pennicotte-Collier. Natalie works with TeamGB athletes and has built up a reputation as a guru for performance wellbeing and sleep expertise with her award-winning practice on London’s Bond Street Mind Tonic Therapy. Using modern clinical hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques, Natalie transforms the sleep and wellbeing performance of her clients, unlocking their potential. During Stress Awareness Month (1st – 30th April 2018), tune in to hear Natalie providing tips and techniques on how to manage stress at our Meditation Station found on the lower level of Yeotown Kitchen.
