Alongside a thoughtfully created food and drinks menu, the space includes our “Meditation Station” with complimentary mood-boosting meditation pods to nurture the spirit. Our dedicated team in our scratch kitchen work hard every day to prepare a fresh selection of delicious salads, bowls, wraps, paninis, juices, cookies, treats and sweets free from gluten, refined sugars and dairy. The Yeotown Kitchen special guest Meditator for the month of April is TheMindCoach aka Natalie Pennicotte-Collier. Natalie works with TeamGB athletes and has built up a reputation as a guru for performance wellbeing and sleep expertise with her award-winning practice on London’s Bond Street Mind Tonic Therapy. Using modern clinical hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques, Natalie transforms the sleep and wellbeing performance of her clients, unlocking their potential.

During Stress Awareness Month (1st – 30th April 2018), tune in to hear Natalie providing tips and techniques on how to manage stress at our Meditation Station found on the lower level of Yeotown Kitchen.

You can also join TheMindCoach for a ‘Set Yourself up Sunday’ three-course brunch on Sunday 29th April 2018. The event will take place between 11am – 1pm at Yeotown Kitchen and will be themed around Stress Awareness. More details coming soon.

Yeotown Kitchen is excited to be taking part in this year’s Marylebone Food Festival – a celebration of one of London’s most exciting and diverse culinary destinations. Come and take advantage of our special three-course menu for £24. Options include; smoked salmon on rye, a ‘Yeorrito’ wrap with eggs, jack cheese and back bean chilli mix and our delicious Paleo cookies! £1 from every sale will go towards the festival’s charity partner, Food Cycle.

On Saturday 17th March 2018, 11am – 5pm, head over to Moxon Street car park for the Marylebone Street Kitchen. An all-day event packed with dining experiences, from masterclasses and workshops to cook-offs, tastings and talks, alongside street food and drinks. Activities include a Q&A with our very own founder, Mercedes Sieff, taking part at 11:30 – don’t miss it!
