The couple behind Devon’s award winning Yeotown health retreat, Mercedes and Simon Sieff, are introducing Londoners to their healthy living ethos, one meditation session at a time, with the launch of Yeotown Kitchen. Located on Marylebone’s lovely Chiltern Street, London’s first mindfulness café combines healthy eating with the chance to enjoy a tranquil break in a meditation pod, offering a boost for the mind as well as the body.
Inspired by the holistic approach to healthy living key to the winning formula at Yeotown –Britain’s leading health and wellness retreat – Yeotown Kitchen is an exciting new wellbeing concept that brings the cuisine and ethos of the North Devon spa’s award-winning detox programme to serenity-seeking and health-conscious Londoners
Driven by the Yeotown mantra “Strong in body, Clear in mind”, Yeotown Kitchen serves a healthy menu across take-away and eat-in options. Our mindfully sourced, seasonal menu features items such as warming hot pots, soups and toasties in the cooler months, and superfood smoothies, salads and “nice creams” in the warmer, sunnier months. The clean-lined and bright space has been designed by the award-winning Dubai based Brand Creative, featuring oak wood panels, cork leather banquettes, window-side bench seating and bright yellow alfresco tables.
Elements of positive psychology and personal touches are infused throughout every aspect of the ambiance and décor of the space, with loving attention paid to detail. Thoughtfully integrated messages complement carefully crafted products, with organic juices, smoothies, wraps, salads and bowls named after character strengths such as Patience, Determination, and Creativity.

Yeotown is excited to expand its complete wellbeing ethos into London after 7 solid years of working with guests week after week to help them cultivate optimum wellbeing in both mind & body. With mental health issues reaching an all time high in both the UK and abroad, the Yeotown Kitchen Founders were keen to expand the conversation around the definition of a “healthy lifestyle” beyond green juices and kale. Filled throughout the space are little reminders to breathe, let your mind be kind to you and enjoy little moments of mindfulness throughout your day.
